Global Power Components is a privately held,
growing manufacturer of UL heavy gauge steel fuel tanks, trailers, large generator enclosures and modular metal enclosures for housing fully-equipped electrical distribution and control equipment.
In 2018 we moved operations into a newly renovated 300,000 sq. foot facility. In 2023 we open a second facility that will foster our continued growth as we continue to be recognized as the undisputed leaders in our industry.
As a result of continued growth, we are looking for a
Payroll Specialist to process payroll and ensure that employees are paid accurately and on time.
Core Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and process weekly and biweekly payroll
- Receive and process requests for PTO, wage, and other inquires and changes related to payroll
- Complete setup of employees in timekeeping and payroll systems
- Monitor, adjust and reconcile employee benefits
- Prepare various spreadsheets and financial reports related to payroll
- Train and support payroll assistant

- Advanced user of MS Excel, WorkEasy experience a plus
- Experience working with an ERP system.
