As a result of continued growth, we are hiring a Part TimeOffice Assistant to join our growing team. 30 hours per week eligible for benefits.
The Office Assistant provides support to the HR/Payroll departments to ensure efficient operations within these business units. The essential hours for this position will be Monday-Friday,11AM-5PM.
This individual will oversee clerical tasks included but not limited to:
Ordering and stocking office supplies; paper, pens, folders, etc.
Ordering and stocking coffee and bottled water
Greeting visitors/customers to the facility
Answering phones when primary receptionist is away
Making copies/scanning documents
Ensuring HR/Payroll staff has administrative coverage
Strong proficiency in Excel
Experience answering multi-line switchboard
Professional, friendly demeanor
Must be team player
