Overview:
We are seeking motivated General Labor Associates - 2nd Shift at our production facilities in the Milwaukee area. This position is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on manufacturing experience and develop skills that can lead to advancement opportunities within the company.

Opportunities are available in:
- Weld Prep – Grinding and sanding steel to prepare components for blast and paint.
- Sanding – Sanding and prepping steel and aluminum components for the build process.
- Build – Assisting with the assembly of generator enclosures, fuel tanks, and modular metal structures.
- Breakout – Organizing, staging, and preparing materials and components to support production operations.
- Finishing – Performing final touch-ups, inspections, and preparation of completed products prior to shipment or the next stage of production.
- Shop Cleaning – Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment, including general housekeeping and emptying trash bins.
