Global Power Components is a privately held, growing manufacturer of UL steel fuel tanks, trailers, large generator enclosures and modular metal enclosures for housing fully equipped electrical distribution and control equipment.
As a result of continued growth, we are looking for a motivated Executive Assistant to join our growing team.
The Executive AssistantProvides administrative and logistical support to senior executives. Manages scheduling, communications, and coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentation materials.
Screen calls, emails, and meeting requests to optimize executive time.
Process expense reports and maintain department budgets.
Support meeting preparation: agenda creation, document compilation, and minutes.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Serve as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate events, town halls, and offsites.
Track deadlines and follow up on assigned tasks or deliverables.
Maintain organized filing and information management systems.
Qualifications
5-10 years of related executive assistant experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to manage multiple priorities, anticipate needs, and work independently
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
