Global Power Components is a privately held, growing manufacturer of UL steel fuel tanks, trailers, large generator enclosures and modular metal enclosures for housing fully equipped electrical distribution and control equipment. As a result of continued growth, we are looking for a motivated Chief of Staff to join our growing team. The Chief of Staff Acts as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team. Drives alignment across functions, manages executive priorities, oversees key initiatives, and ensures operational excellence. Functions as a force multiplier—translating vision into execution. Core Responsibilities:
Align leadership team on corporate strategy, goals, and metrics.
Lead and manage cross-functional projects or transformation programs.
Prepare executive communications, board materials, and strategic briefings.
Monitor progress of key initiatives and hold stakeholders accountable.
Coordinate leadership meetings, agendas, and decision-making frameworks.
Manage executive’s bandwidth by filtering requests and prioritizing work.
Serve as liaison between executive leadership, business units, and corporate functions.
Identify organizational risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Support M&A integration, spans and layers reviews, and operational playbooks.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive corporate information.
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience successfully leading cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to lead directors and managers in the creation and implementation of multi-faceted operating plans and budgets
Experience developing new programmatic and financial partnerships with community-based organizations, corporations, and civic leaders
Strong project management and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment
Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills along with a high level of diplomacy, discretion and problem-solving ability
Proven success in developing collaborative relationships, and a successful track record of providing successful advice and counsel to senior leaders
Experience in conducting conflict resolution, coaching, and group facilitation exercises
Leadership and negotiation skills a must
