Multimedia/Graphic Designer

Time breakdown:
                                15%        Shooting video and still photographs
                                20%        Editing video and still photographs
                                25%        Creating content through Photoshop/Illustrator
                                20%        Projects related to monthly media to customers
                                20%        Long term creative and special projects
 
Core Responsibility:
  • Maintain the brand and culture throughout entire process
  • Create line art, illustrations, icons, graphs and technical art
  • Ability to create/write story boards based on project objectives
  • Arrange photo shoots/video/lighting/sound for products then edit for final production
  • Color corrections, image manipulations and common editing of high-resolution material
  • Maintain and organize electronic data/source files
 
Required:
  • Knowledge of Windows based PC’s and in the Windows 7 environment
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Experience in graphic design
  • Use professional video and photography equipment
  • Able to do rendering, compression, internet uploading, FTP, website video, embedding, Vimeo and YouTube
  • Use Adobe software to create and splice together video footage, motion graphics, pictures and sound

                                Video:    Sony NXCAM/HXRNX70
                                Still:        Canon DSLR 7D
                               
Past Projects:
  • Training videos
  • Building a monthly commercial from concept, story board, shoot video, edit, post online
  • Custom USB’s designed for promotion, made in China, loaded with media, distributed to target market
  • Designed a custom process for performance shirt run, targets to various customers
  • Design and sourced yearly calendars
  • Monthly ad touching different markets/customers
  • Setup multiple cameras and lighting for destructive testing, edit the video for analysis
 
Hours:    40-45 hours per week
 
Interview Expectations:
  • Each candidate will be tested in the core areas
  • Shoot a brief video and edit the contents based on criteria
  • Discuss a short design layout and use Photoshop to create
  • Please plan accordingly and be prepared
